Enlarged Swollen Private Part Please Answer

im prego with my second child my first is three and my entire va___al area is swollen, its enlarged and gross(sorrry). im 18 wks is this normal?? there is no pain except a swollen feeling after s_x, bet unless i look at it, i dont even know its there.. it almost looks as if the baby is about to crown, i mean its swollen.. i have a doctors appt next month but until then any advice or really just has anyone else experienced this or could you tell me if its normal

well first of all you should obviously ask your doc, now i am no expert but from what i have read enlarged/swollen genitals during pregnancy is very normal it is simply due to the increased blood flow to your pelvic region, probably nothing to worry about
