Feels Like Something Stuck In My Right Rib

I am 35 weeks pregnant and my doc said my blood pressure was a little high. They then had me take a urine test and all was fine. Well this whole week I have had weird pain/discomfort in my right rib. I am hoping it is not pre eclampsia. I had this same feeling about 1 month ago. Could it just be the babys foot? ( My last visit they couldn't tell if the baby was head down yet) It is not intense pain it is just more of an annoyance.

It could be a foot, elbow, etc. Sometimes if you rub the parts of the baby you can feel through your tummy, the baby will shift to a more comfy spot.

It could be the babies head, foot, elbow or some other body part. I am 34 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing the same thing. Rub your ribs or tummy and the baby will move. Remember your baby is getting bigger and he or she will be moving a lot more...they think their still small so he or she will be beating you up a whole lot!

It's probably the baby's foot. Your 35 weeks which means there's not much room in there for your baby. I read in one of my pregnancy books that it's not uncommon for baby to slip it's little foot inbetween your ribs as he/she tries to find a comfortable position. Sometimes I feel something inbetween my ribs also and I just figure its the foot. Your baby has most likely flipped, head down and it's legs are crossed, so I wouldn't be suprised if your little one found a comfortable place to throw it's feet up into.
