First Trimester Soreness In Abdomen Area

Hi, was wondering has anyone here had a tight sore feeling in the abdomen area at 9 or 10 weeks? It kind of feels like when you've been running for a long time.

i am 8 weeks, and my very lower abdomen is feeling tight and a little sore...like i just did sit ups or something - hope this helps!

I have read that some mild cramps are common due to the stretching of the uterus and ligaments supporting it for the growing baby. I am having them also.

I am feeling the same sensation and I am 8-9 weeks pregnant.
