Have you asked your doc about "implantation pain"? A lot of women experience this-I didn't w/my first son, but did with my 2nd. You have period-like cramps, and some spotting or down-right bleeding. It is what can happen when the embryo implants itself into the uterus, at around 7-8 weeks. It's scary, but it also means that the pregnancy is progessing and no ectopics. Good luck all

I thought that implantation ocurred about 7-8 days after conception, rather than weeks? Just curious if this is correct or I've been told some incorrect information in the past! I was under the impression that the egg, when fertilised by the sperm too approximately 7 days to travel down the fallopian tube and implant in the uterus?

I am 4 weeks pregnant but don't have many symptoms. Is this normal? I did have very mild cramping but I have not had it in 2 days. Should I be worried? I am still very fatigued and dizzy. This is our first child. I am very scared about miscarriage. Should I worry about not having many symptoms???

Hi I am 4 weeks too and terrified of miscarriage. I have had this pain in my right side it is not like a cramp just a dull pain. this am I spotted when I wiped but just once then nothing all day I am so scared I am going to miscarry this is our first child and we are so excited has anyone else expereinced this. good luck to all

Nicole, spotting is normal, as is cramping in the start of your pregnancy. If the pain gets to the point of being unbearablel and the bleeding is consistent, call your doctor. Hang in there! I'm sure that things are fine.

Kelli, thanks for responding. I only had brown spotting once when I wiped this morning nothign since and the pain in my side is bearly noticable but constant it is hard to describe it is like appendicitis. I am having my first u/s on monday so I should know by then if everything is ok. thanks so much for the support I feel better

i thought something was wrong with me this is my 2nd preg my son is almost 6 years old and i'm 23 weeks this week coming my pain started around my 3rd /4th month (12/16weeks) and its worst when i stand for a long period of time my dr also advised me its ligaments streching ... this is the only preg i experiencing it with and this time i'm having a girl.

I had an u/s today i am actually 6 weeks and they saw a strong heartbeat and said the pregancy looked normal and healthy. i am so relieved now it all seems real. good luck to all

if i was pregnant i would b about two in a half weeks pregnant is that too early to feel pains in my groin?

hi, i had really bad groin pain last night im 13 or 16 weeks preg(scan next wk)it felt like someone stabbed a knife in there and was twisting it i also felt dizzy,faint went really hot and thought i was gonna be sick so i went straight to bed and it went away

I am 6 weeks and have this mild pain in my groin. I was worried about ectopic but I have no symptoms so I have my fingers crossed that this is normal.

For the past five days I've been vomiting, feeling faint, urinating like crazy, unbelievable nipple soreness. Also extreme stretching, pulling, cramping, burning in my lower abdomen. I think that I might be pregnant but my menstral is due today. I hoping that it doesn't come on. Is my mine playing tricks on me or could my menstral be coming on? Someone please help me figure this out!!
