Vitamin K and Unisom. Ask your doctor first, because Unisom is an over the counter sleeping aid, but is usually considered perfectly safe for mom and baby during pregnancy. Also, try the "Preggie Pops". You can usually get them at any Motherhood Maternity store. The ginger ones work great and these won't make you tired. Good Luck!

I know exactly how you feel. With all three of my pregnancies I was sick in the same way. Sometimes so bad that I made myself throw up with my first one. Anyway, try something with ginger. I hear that works. There are also wrist bands of some sort out there. FYI, I was more sick with my girl. Not sure what this one is until next week, but I am not as sick with this one as I was with her.

Lemonade always helped me. I have heard that Lemon juice of any kind helps. I also tried those "preggie drops" and they helped sometimes. I tried the wristbands and they were worthless, unless they are supposed to make you forget the nausea because the things pushing on your wrists are driving you crazy.

try hard pepper mint candies. it helps with the over production of saliva and it helped my morning sickness as well

The only things that helped relieve it for me was real ginger tea (slice about a tablespoon of ginger up finely, let it soak in boiling water in the cup for a few mintues, take the ginger out, add a bit of sugar and milk...really very nice) if you want it stronger or weaker, adjust the ginger. Also cammomile tea. Doritos plain salted crisps too...find what works for you...I could hardly eat in the first few months, and now at 21 weeks, baby is ahead of schedule anyway...it'll all be ok..

Vitamin B6 is suppose to help with nausea. I got so sick in my first trimester. The docotr told me to sitck to dry foods. Crackers and/or dry cereal (Honey nut cherrios works the best - but stay away from cereals with dyes or food coloring) without milk. Also stay hydrated - water is best, but if you need a taste to it then try Propel, it has more B6 vitamins. Once you can keep some food down stay to plain stuff like a baked potatoe with nothing on it, dry toast. I believe its called the dry diet ( and never drink while you eat - always drink inbetween eating several small snack like meals. Hope this helps!

some ideas to try are B6 also those wristbands called seabands they are $9 at walmart. they work by putting pressure on a cain point of your wrist. i recently got them they didn't help the first day but now they do. last you could ask for a prescription from your md.
