I keep getting this unbelieveable sharpe pain in my bladder region, It feels like I am going to pee on myself but am trying to hold it in. It's worse when I am up walking around. Could someone tell me this is happing to them as well

Yes! I've been having this too! I thought maybe I had a UTI without the pain while peeing. I think maybe the constipation makes it feel worse because there's that much more pushing on my bladder. Joys of pregnancy!!

I have had those pains since week 23 (I am 28 now). And yes, it does gets worse when walking, sometimes it feels like I urge to pee (but when I go, nothing happens), sometimes like big bubbles popping inside my bladder and sometimes like someone is pulling me hard from inside, I must bend down until it fades. My doctor checked for UTI infection and came out negative, so she just a__sumed that the baby is moving around and putting pressure on my bladder.
