I am in my 28th week of pregnancy and woke this morning with severe muscle pain in my right arm, it makes my fingers tingle and go numb too, is this normal or what could be wrong?

Hello. I had this with my son about 7 yrs ago and I'm pregnant w/my 4th and last, and I'm 4 weeks away from having my daughter, and I've been having this same feeling and now it's starting down my left arm and very hard to sleep at night because of it.
With my son I had back labor where he laid on my back and hurt, you may need to have your back adjusted, ever had any back injuries? I learned 2 yrs later after my son that I needed to get adjusted at my chiropractor's office. So the baby may be laying on a nerve or something.
