I am 21 weeks pregnant and I am having some rough pains in my stomach. This is my first baby and I dont know what to do. I think it is because the baby is growing and its stretching out my muscles but I'm not sure. I am also having some pains in my lower back, and I have no idea what that is from. Can anyone please give me some ideas on why I am having these pains? Thanks alot!

I think it may just be your body stretching but it can't do any harm to ask your midwife.
