i am 33 weeks pregnant and i have only recently gotten constapation. And when ever i need to go to the bathroom, my stomache (guts) start to hurt very badley, a sharp pain. It doesnt happen slowley, it comes as soon as i feel the need to go to the bathroom. What is wrong??
