Hi I'm 18 weeks pregnant and i have red tiny rashes on all over my tummy...is is harmful...and what can i do..?

Are the rashes like hives? I know when I was in the first few weeks of my pregnancy (currently 39 weeks) I got hives all over my tummy, I stopped using Olay body wash in the shower and just stuck to regular soap and they went away So maybe it could be that your trying a new product on your tummy? If so Id suggest stop and continue your old routines :)
