Second Trimester Discomfort

Hi everyone..new here...have a question about my 16 year old daughter. She's 23 w 2 d along and having lower abdominal and groin pain. She's carrying very low. I'm wondered if this could be the source of discomfort.? Any ideas?

sounds like she may also have what alot of women on here seem to have. symphisis pubis dysfunction. this is a problem with the pubic bone (look at a previous post for a description i.e. excrutiating pubic bone pain. This is the second time i have had this problem and it started just like what you have described your daughter having. if you can get her a support girdle now, she may benefit from not getting too many problems as long as she wears it day and night.
