i am 4 months pregnant, and two weeks ago i had a severe cramp at the lower left side of my back feeling it coming towards the front... For a moment i could not walk or breath. It lasted for about 2 minutes and it felt more like a strong menstrual cramp/contraction. After a while it came back but not with so much pain. From that day i never felt any cramps. Any ideas?

I've had them alot too, my Doc told me it could be growing pains, I'm only 13 weeks and it KILLS!! but mine are constant, if someone tells you different let me know!! I tried taking baths to stop it but it don't help at all!! doesn't help that I have a 18 month old who is constantly up in my arms
