i felt the same way i didn't have the option to lay down and rest i work full time and have 2 kids with whom by the way i never had morning sickness so this was a shock it was all day every day my doctor called me in phenogren it works like a charm i think u can take it every 4 hours but 1 a day usually kicks mine maybe u can call your doctor and they can prescribe you something,and good luck i know it's a terrible feeling!
