Im an early pregnancy, and my doctor told me that my hcg level was started at a 94.5 and now it is at a 64 and he said i was going to miscarry its been three weeks and no signs of spotting or bleeding and i was wanting to know can you misscarry with out bleeding or if someone been through something like this

i will advise you to go for a scan and see the condition of the foetus. many docs will advise you to clean up and not to wait in order to avoid excess bleeding. But dont worry, i've been thru it and im now pregnant again. God is faithful
