I a__sume you're in college. Your teachers will probably be willing to make accomodations for you, like letting you stand in the back of the room if that makes you feel better, or letting you bring a little step stool to rest your feet on under your desk, or a cushion to sit on. Ginger might help with nausea, and only willpower will help with loss of concentration..while you're pregnant, your mind is going in a million directions at once. Good luck!

I was in grad school with my first pregnancy. I pulled a trashcan under the table and propped my feet up on that. I made sure to stretch during the break and there was a girl in the cla__s who was trained in ma__sage. She would rub my back! It was a little strange during the break, but felt too great to not have it. It was during this time that I got my first laptop. It made it easier to write papers propped up in bed. As for loss of concentration, I just muddled through! No nausea, though. I did sometimes order pizza to pick up after cla__s : )

I go to school also ... with two children and one on the way ... double major/double minor and heading for grad school ... cannot concentrate at all and feel like I might as well say goodbye to my 4.0 gpa ... many tell me that i should take the rest of the summer sessions and the upcoming fall off and just take care of myself and have no guilty feelings a__sociated with missing cla__s because of exhaustion, nausea, and so forth. I think I'm going to listen to them and take it easy from here on out ... I can always finish later.
