Swelling In Left Foot And Tingling In Left Hand

i have had minimal swelling for a while now. i am 33 weeks however starting yesterday i have swelling only in my left foot and tingling in my left hand.. any suggestions..

Not sure why it's only on one side, but I read somewhere that it's normal to feel tingling because of swelling. It puts pressure on the nerves.
