my right hand is tingling terribly!!! didn't sleep a wink last night! how do i get rid of it?

You can buy a splint or a fingerless glove with an elastic band around the wrist. They might not help too much. I've had tingling, numb, achy or blue hands off and on since about 8 weeks. I'm in my 27th week now and I'm still having the symptoms occasionally. I read about putting your hands into ice water for a few minutes before bed, but when I tried it it hurt.

I have been having the same problem. My began only recently and I am 32 weeks now. The only thing that helps me but doesn't totally cure it, is to hold your hand above your head or gently rubbing it.

hi i am 5 weeks pregnant and my right hand started tingling out of no where. It didnt fall asleep or anything like that and i wasnt laying on it. Is this normal and should i be concerned?
