04 Positive HPT, Ultrasound Negative And A Thick Endometrium

Hi,
My last LMP was 1 Aug. But as I have a history of irregular periods, did a HPT on 07 sep, the results were negative. again on 27th Sep did a HPT which came positive. Next day went through an ultrasound which came negative with no signs of pregnancy and only a thick endometrium, repeated the HPT 03 times all came back positive. Not sure how long should I wait for the pregnancy to show in the Ultra sound. Or is there is an issue with the pregnancy.
