9 Days Late And Neg Hpt And Blood Test

I am 42 years old and my period is 9 days late. 2 hpts negative and 1 blood test at 4 days late negative. Last month period was normal, spotted for a week around ovulation time. We did have s_x then. Now nothing. Nipple are sore, tired, bloated, back aches. Am I pregnant or perimenopausal?
