This is my second pregnancy and have never felt like this before!
I am due on june 16th and I get upset over someone else cooking, cry over my man telling me to stop talking to him (during a argument), getting mad or angry over the house being messy. I am sure its my hormones and was recently on zoloft but have to wait until the 25th for the refill.
I am wondering what I can do to relief me being upset all the time naturally, before my man or anyone else hates me for it.
I don't realize that I get upset over something silly until I calm down afterwards and I don't want to keep apologizing I want to be able to stay calm or more calm then before in these situations. But me being upset is happening more and more often along with bad heartburn that keeps me up at night. Any help? Or things I could say to my man so that he'll understand (I'm afraid to talk to him about this stuff)
