Last month, I took Daflon 500g for five days, 2 times a day. Does it affact to Menstrual cycle? This month my period is late for 5 days. When I get my period this month, it started with brown discharge, then i got normal period. But, it last only two and half days.( Normally, it last about 5 or 6 days). I felt so tired and light headache these days. When I thought that my period is going to finish( on the third day of my period-today), I had cramp whcih seemed that it's going to start again. Please help me, what's wrong with me? My period cycle is long, between 32 and 37 days. Does it mean I am not ovulating? What kind of medicine should I take? I am currently taking folic acid 5mg twice a day.

The Internet does not say Daflon will affect your period, but it does say to advise your doctor if there is a chance of getting pregnant. Are you s_xually active? Folic acid is normally taken by women who are expecting to get pregnant.

I took Daflon for another health problem,colon inflamation. Yes, I am s_xually active, but my hubby is not as much as I am. I am 28 and he is 60. He had 2 children with his ex-wife. So, I think that the problem is me who is not ovulating. This month period is strange for me. I never start period with brown discharge and last for only 2 days. Yesterday,though I had cramp that period seemed to start again, it never start again. Last month period was on 5th and we made love between 25th and 29th as I thought i might ovulate during these days.(I am not sure I ovulate)

I guess there is a possibility Daflon could have messd with your cycle = there must be a reason they do not want you to use it if there is a chance of pregnancy. You do not say you have taken a pregnancy test, which would be a good move right now. Your long cycle does not necessarily mean you are not ovultating. Read up on temperature charting, which is a good way to see if and when you ovulate.

I have taken HPT this morning and it was negative. I don't really feel any prego symptoms except feeling bloated. Nothing else. I don't know how to use temperature charting. May be I will find out how on the internet. Thanks.

It's already 3 days I have been spotting, had brown discharge yesterday and today(14th). I feel bloated around my lower abdoman and pain around my waist on the right(this evening).
