Curious How It Feels To Have A Belly

HI!!!! I have wanted to have a baby since I was a little girl. I am 20 now and I know that it is still to early for me to have a baby. I have the greatest curiosity of what it would feel like to have a belly. I have tried an empathy belly before and it didn't help because it is an outside belly. I want to know what it is like to have a pregnant belly. What does it feel like to have a child growing inside you? How does it feel to have a larger belly? Those type of things. I am hoping that once I finish college and get a job that I can finally feel the miracle of life for myself.

Finding out I was pregnant was one of the best blessings of my life.... feeling my son kick for the first time was one of the greatest joys of my life and holding my son for the first time was the very best moment of my life. I waited till I was finished school, had a great job, married my sweetheart and had travelled quite a bit, before trying to have a baby. We were ready and therefore very excited. My son was a planned baby and i was 28 years old. In the first few months... your clothes start to get tighter and your tummy feels bloated. As time goes on, you do get bigger until you can no longer see your feet. Your tummy is firm and feels like you have eaten way too much and are pushing out your stomache muscles as far as you can go. I had a lot of lower back pain and found it hard to sleep at night (since I am a stomache sleeper). I had to rest my tummy on a body pillow while sleeping on my side. Sometimes when you are "trying" to sleep, the baby is awake and kicking away inside you or has the hiccups keeping you awake. Sometimes I would like on my back and just watch my tummy move, marveling at the miracle that was growing inside me. At times I could even see him roll from one side of my tummy to the other side. Being pregnant is truly a miracle and a blessing and one that is worth waiting for. To truly love and appreciate it, it helps if you are emotionally and financially ready... it also helps if you have a wonderful partner who wants the baby as much as you do. Be patient, all good things come to those who wait :)
