This is my second pregnancy, and I know everyone says every pregnancy is different. However, I feel pretty much the same as I did last time. I'm sick and always nauseous...not quite as bad this time but still not great. Could this mean the same s_x baby? I had a girl last time. Or is this just the way my body reacts to being pregnant? Any thoughts/
