I M Not Certain

Hello, In November of 2009 I was urinating frequently and felt tinglings sensations in my legs so I decided to get a blood test done to check the level of glucose because both grandparents and parents are afflicted. Negative. November I didn't get a period so I took a HPT and it was negative. In January I get a blood test and it's Negative, the doctor prescribes something to make me come on my period but that didn't happen because I didn't take them appropriately. I took another HPT and it came back negative. So in March I went and saw a gynecologist who did a va___al ultrasound and had the apparatus on my abdomen and saw nothing. He prescribed Duphaston and within eight days I started spotting and by the tenth I had a full period. He then ordered I take Minidrill (birth control) soon after I start my period. The period lasted a month and a week or so. Passed giant clots, was cramping and had a lot of pressure. While I was still bleeding I went and saw a second gynecologist who performed the same tests and saw nothing and told me to stop taking the Minidrill and to take Duphaston for six months to regulate my cycle. Thing is, There is something kicking in my stomach and my mid upper abdomen is distended. I lay on the bed and press and fell nothing below, everything is right below the rib cage but the flutters are near my belly button. At four to five months is it possible to have two negative va___al ultrasounds and still be pregnant? I' have a child. The first time I knew. I was so sick, sore br___ts, vomiting, swollen feet, this time around if I am I've had no symptoms at all aside from the distended abdomen and the kicking. Can someone please help me?
