Luteal Phase Defect Pg1279574683

Hi. I have only just started charting my BBT for the last month or so. I started in the middle of my last cycle thinking I had already ovulated and I would just get into the habit of charting and all that. Well, It seems possible that I didn't ovulate until CD18 or so when I ended up with a 28 day cycle (I range from 26-28 days). This month I have been getting fed up with my temps staying low and was beginning to wonder if I would ovulate at all this month. Well here I am CD19 and my temp finally spiked up today (96.4 2 days ago, 96.8 yesterday and 97.3 today) So I'm wondering if this could be a trend and does that mean my luteal phase is too short and should I take some B6 to extend it? I have not been taking any prenatals and haven't even been good at taking a regular multivitamin like my GYN suggested I do. If I took it regularly like I should it has 100% DV of B6 and B12. Would that be enough to "do the trick" or would I need additional supplements? Or do I not do anything differently and see if this pattern continues? I have yet to doc_ment an entire cycle's temperatures as I started in the middle of my last and this one is not over yet. My husband and I have already been trying to conceive for almost a year now. We found out at the end of last year that he had a very low level of the hormone that triggers sperm production. Since he's begun taking clomid his levels have gone up dramatically to NEARLY normal. Hopefully we have overcome our issues on his end, but now I am worried about mine.
