I took next choice 12 hours after i had s_x n a week later im having like a brown discharge but only when i wipe..
whats this mean n its been going on for about 4 days...
help

PlanB or any other morning after pill contains a heavy dose of hormones which can mess with your cycle and signs for several weeks. I suggest you ride it out and take a home preg test a week after your next period was supposed to come. How many days before your next period was your encounter?

So your encounter was almost exactly 2 weeks before your next period, right around ovulation time. It's a good thing you took action. Don't panic! The chance of pregnancy is very small, but take tests as suggested just to be sure.

i heard that taking a medicine for strep throat would make a regular birth control not work... does that mean next choice did not work?

Antibiotics and some other drugs do affect birth control pills. I don't believe any studies have been done for this on PlanB, but it seems logical. In your favor is the fact that PlanB is probably a heavy enough dose to override the antibiotic effect. I understand that you are losing sleep over this situation, but you have done everything possible. Now be patient and wait on the outcome. GL!
