Hi,I'm 32 weeks right now,I've been in pre-labor since I was 28 weeks,I've dilated to a 2,my cervix has softened, the baby's in full position, my milks come in,I've been feeling extremely nauseas for the past 4 days and have thrown up at least once each, I've been having a lot of braxton hicks contractions and cramps.and as of today I have a fever, how much longer should it be before i go into labor?

If you have a fever you need to go to the hospital. Please don't wait, you should be evaluated. A fever is not normal and could mean infection has set in which can effect the baby.
