Allergy Medication During Pregnancy

My allergies have been so bad this year and I am 14 weeks pregnant. My OB said Claritin and Actifed are safe, however neither of them are relieving my symptoms. My symptoms are so bad that I am awake most nights blowing my nose. Is there anything else that is safe that I can take?
