Are These Cramps Growing Pains

I have been getting minor cramping sensations..best way i can describe it is as if my period is about to come on,almost as if the pain is on my ovaries as i say its minor could these be growing pains i am only 12 weeks preg ?? Has anyone else had these ??

I to am experiencing these cramps, I am 10 weeks. I think it is to do with the baby growing but I would like some advice from others.

YES!!! I am also 12 weeks pregnant and wondering the exact same thing because I am pretty much having the exact same symptoms! Hopefully it is all part of the first trimester process.
