It is common to bleed during pregnancy. I am now 7 months pregnant and did bleed during my first trimester. I got scared and called my mid-wife. You should call your doctor and tell them to see what they advise you to do. My mid-wife said I could either just relax, keep your feet up or go to the hospital to check to make sure you aren't having a miscarriage. The doctors can check your baby's heart rate. If the color of your blood is bright and light, that's common. If it's dark and brown, definitely call your doctor.
