i was feeling nautious,dizzy,headaches, sharp abdomonal pains, and i thought i was pregnant, on the day i was supposed to get my period, i didnt, so i took a test- it showed negative, late that night i got a spot of blood. then the next morning another spot then hours later alot of blood but it was weird almost like if it was heavy discharge mixed with blood,and it was makin my dizzy anyways, it went off an on and some days it would be really light.it ended now and since it ended all i feel is a sharp pain in my abdomonals. and i feel dizzy, in my opinion i feel preg., ive been pregnant bfore but didnt experiance a period like this. but this is where im confused,. is it possible for my period to effect the pregnancy test?

I would question that maybe you were pregnant, but your body couldn't sustain the pregnancy. From there maybe it was trying to expell the tissue from trying to maintain a baby, but couldn't expell all of it. If these things are possible you may need a D&C to remove the pain. I would contact your doctor.
