My last period started on September 5th and lasted until the 9th. Today is the 19th and I am spotting a little bit today. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or something else?

Spotting on CD14 is most likely related to ovulation. Have you had fertile mucus the last few days? If you had unprotected sex during the fertile window you might start feeling early pregnancy signs next weekend.

Ok, the fertile mucus should be in the days before ovulation and the pregnancy signs start a week after ovulation.
