Elective Induction Of Labor

hi i am preg' with my second child and have had some problems including bleeding for 6 weeks (worse than a normal period) i have been told this can cause serious complications during labor i also have a problem finding a suitable carer for my older child so am hesitant to go into natural labor as it may mean i have to take her into delivery with me
my question is this a valid reason to ask my doctor to induce me a little early (only if baby is ready) i should also add i live in australia so im not sure if any one can answer this

forgot to mention i had a very quick labor and delivery with my daughter and only just made it to hospital in time (20 minutes and she was born) this is also a big concern for me
