my wife has 9 wk pragnent . we do first ultrasound on 11/04/2015. dr says there is no heartbeat seen in baby. and says for D&C . what we do for this situation

Sympathy. Nine weeks pregnant from last period, or is it based on the size of the fetus? Why not ask the doctor for a second ultrasound next Friday before making a decision?
