Hi there all I am tanya I was on the injection for 5 years and on the pills for 2 years and I am off both for 3 years nd I cnt fall pregnant for a year nd 1 month me and my huspand want a baby but I don't know what to do eny more could eny one help me thanks very much I am 24 years oldold and my huppy is 26 years old mwa

Long term use of depo can make it difficult to get pregnant for months after quitting, but you should be over that by now. Are you menstruating regularly? Are you watching for fertile mucus? Ovulation is usually 14 days before menstruation and s_x in the few days before that is most productive. After one year of trying it is recommended to see a fertility specialist. You might try temperature charting (Google that) for a few months to see if that gives any clues. Best of luck!
