HELP TTC Faint Thin Line Pregnancy Test

I took a pregnancy test early in the morning. my mistake was i just waited for 3 minutes for the result but actually it should be 5 minutes for the results. So in the 3 minutes i got a negative result so i got really disappointed and left the pregnancy test in the bed upstairs and went downstairs. as I came back upstairs for about 3 hours from downstairs i noticed the pregnacy test already have 2 lines but the other one is faint and thin. Am i PREGNANT??

Probably not pregnant - an evaporation line appear after 3 hours. Run another test to be sure.
