how long does it take to for your body to produce enough of the pregnacy hormone for a test to pike it up? and is it possible to have period after you came in contact with sperm and miss the next one or does your body atomaticly know you pregnant?

At least 14 days after conception for the test to pick the hormone up. If you have unprotected s_x, sperm has the opportunity to find an egg, if there is one waiting at the time (ovulation). You will not have a period, most likely, if you conceive.
