I have been trying to concieve for abt 6 months, prior to trying to concieve my period was regular i.e abt a 28day cylce, however the past 3 months my period has been a week late every month. And when it does arrive, I start to spot very mildly for about 4--5 days before I start to bleed 2 Questions : firsly what do I count as my first day of my cycle the day I start spotting or the day I start bleeding secondly what could be the cause of this sudden change in my cycle and how does it affect my falling pregnant Thank you very much.
