I just found out that I am pregnant and I have been experiencing alot of lower abdominal cramping...Is this OK? Is it normal?

This can be very normal. Just remember, anytime you have something like this (or anything you are unsure about) happen you should tell your doctor right away. It's never a bad idea to be too careful.
