Medication Question Pregnancy Panic

Hi, I am a 34 yr healthy woman. My husband and I stopped using birth control 6 weeks ago and I want to have a baby very, very much. The problem is that I have panic and anxiety disorder and my psychiatrist prescribe me beta-blockers (10 mgs) and xanax (.25 mg). I use them once a week during a very stressful part of my job and am very afraid that if I get pregnant I will have to stop taking them and then have panic attacks at work! I have read lots of internet info about preg and medication, but it seems that in general it's case by case and not recommended. I would like to know if there is anyone out there who has gone through a pregnancy with these medications, what did you decide??? My psychiatrist says it can be harmful for a baby to experience a mother's panic attacks and adrenaline in their system on a regular basis. I am afraid I don't have the strength to allow panic into my life on a regular basis if I don't take my meds. Any words of advice?? Please, I am really torn. Thank you

Just to clarify, my psychiatrist thinks I should keep taking meds because he says my dose is very low.
