My Daughter In Law Has Become Hostile Towards Me

Help!! My son got married about a year ago and I got along really well with his now wife... now she is in the middle of pregnancy and has completely turned on me. She has become rude and very disrespectful towards me. She has told me that I won't get to see my grandchild among other terrible things. My son isn't responding to me either and we were close prior to this. I am sick over this... any advice?
