Not Sure 2

My boyfriend and I have been s_xually active for about a year and a half now. We have always used protection, and I'll admit, I should probably be on birth control. I am 25, and my periods have always started within the 9th every month, with pms symptoms before hand. I do not know the exact numbers with ovulation and things, I've never looked into it, but I am finding myself at a few days late, and in a bit of a panic. It has been at least a week and a half since the last time we had s_x. I've been clockwork regular, and my body has never skipped a period in my life. I've been peeing a little more than normal I guess, but I've always been a frequent urinator. I had a weird discharge a few days ago, but I have normally started my period by now, or at least had been spotting. I am not bloated, I am not feeling sick or queezy, nor are my br___t tender or sensitive. I've not had headaches or anything out of the ordinary, other than no monthly visitor. Am I worrying over nothing? My stress levels have also been the same as they normally have, other than a panic attack a few days ago (of which I have no history of in the past, and this was before the missed period). I've also heard that worry over possibly being pregnant can also cause stress. I have not taken a pregnancy test yet, because I am too afraid of what the results may be, and also that it may be too early to tell anyway.

You do not report enough signs to think that pregnancy is likely, and you have been using protection right along. Maybe some change in hormone levels has delayed your period and promoted the panic attack. Next weekend will not be too early to test using first morning pee. I think it will be negative. GL!
