Positive Then Neg Preg Test

Needing some extra thoughts here... I have had 3 questionable pregnancy tests.. 1 had a very thin dark blue line and the other 2 were very faint blue and a little bit wider... I waited a few days a took another one in the evening and it was negative.. I had this happen a few months ago and started to bleed a week after my period was due.. Still not sure if I was pregnant then.. Any thougts on this issue... I dont want to seem like a hypocondriac but I just want to know.. We have been trying for a while now...
