Possible Fertility Problems

I had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday to look at some nausea problems, lower back pain, etc. The technician says that he could not find my left ovary and I have been told that could mean I have a flipped cervix. What does a "flipped cervix" do to my getting pregnant in the future? Thanks for the info!
