Pregnant 5

I have some questions that I seriously hope can be answered on here. We are trying to get pregnant, we just started and are seriously excited about it. I downloaded an app to help keep track of my period and fertile days etc. According to it, I ovulated on the 22 of March. Again, according to this thing that was 14-16 days ago. My periods are fairly regular but have changed up a bit from end of the month to mid month. I know this is normal when your hormones change and stuff, just trying to add as much information as I can to help someone answer my questions. I should have gotten my period, again according to this app and when my last period happened which was the 11 of March, and I am now going on three days late. I have some cramps mild ones, no spotting or anything like that and my br___ts arent tender or sore. Now, normally if I was to get my period my br___ts and mood swings are the first thing to let me know its coming and my tenderness starts about a week before I get it, the same with my moods. I had mood swings but no tenderness this time. I guess what Im asking is when should I take a test? Im pretty sure now is too early but we are so excited and I have no clue when to start testing etc! Can someone please give me some advise and guide me through this,I want to do it right!!! Thanks so much!!

Good luck with your quest. Next weekend would be a good time to start testing - once every few days is enough. Without the common sign of unusual fatigue it is difficult to get real optimistic. Maybe your enthusiasm is psyching you out. Thos apps work on averages. Tune in to your own body's signs of ovulation - fertile mucus, cervix high and open, maybe an ovulation cramp. GL!
