after you receive the injection of the medicine methroxetate(sp), do you have to stay in hospital or will you be able to return to normal things the day after?

I had an ectopic pregnancy july 03 and was treated with 2 shots of methotrexate and was sent home--it only took a few minutes and the nurse gave me both shots above my b___t--went home right afterwards
