Slight Bleeding During 6th Month

I have had a bad history of sorts..two miscarriages and now i am 24 weeks preganant.I am on meication and doctors advise still two days back i had slight blood spotting ..with va___al discharge which i presume is normal .Please advise is that normal what could be consequances .I am on complete bed rest .
