I never heard of such a thing, apparently my Dr. said that the baby is quite protected in there. And apparently too, if you don't eat the proper amount of nutritian, the baby will take from you what it needs anyways, from your muscels and calcium from your bones etc. So, it's beat to take your vitamens EVERY DAY. Be sure to eat protien also.
