Traveling Internationally While Pregnant In First Trimester

Hey there! I am currently overseas for about 3 months now. I did invitro here in July, and it didn't work. I tried it again right afterwards and I just discovered on Friday that I'm pregnant! Over here in my country I only get a 3 month visa on my passport, and after that I have to go back to the US. Since I've been here for 3 months now, I am leaving this Saturday. I am terrified to travel so early in my pregnancy! My doctor recommended I stay later but bcuz I have no choice but to leave on Saturday, she is giving me an injection on Thursday so I'll have a better chance of staying pregnant. I'm still terrified bcuz I am so newly pregnant and traveling internationally so early in my first trimester. Do you think it is going to be safe traveling internationally so early?

Congratulations on successful in vitro! I can't imagine any problems from travel so early in your pregnancy. If by chance this is a pregnancy that should end in miscarriage, you will be in good hands along the way. What do you fear?
