Hey Ladies! Just got back from my scan, and both bubs are growing well! it's all very exciting! DH bought, like, 100 scan photos and is just giving them out to anyone and everyone! lol. men!!! i've been referred to the consultant now, and will be having scans every 4 weeks, until 30 weeks, then every fort-night. BTW- the sonographer asked us TWICE if we had undergone fertility treatments. DH asked her why, and she said because my ovaries are very enlarged and I have several cysts, which is common with fertility treatments. it was sooooooo awkward! i could just feel DH about to crack and confess all!! he's hoping everything settles down! how is everyone else doing? Dee-Dee- any news from the cardio? hope things get moving quickly for you Ren- hey! how's it going? any news from you? Krissy- what's the latest update from your insurance company and what's your next step? Only and Erika??!! where have you ladies gone? Babydust to everyone

greatgreta - It was a misunderstanding on my part I still have to pay $1,175.00 that will be my copay when she told me I was approved I a__sumed that the insurance was paying for it but really what she was saying is that I am approved for the authorization for that doctor to do the surgery. But moving right along I went to the ER on Friday because my family doctor thought the pain I was having was my appendix but it turns out it is fibroid tumors and I have several of them and half of them are the size of plums and my blood count for my iron was real low they had admitted me to the hospital because they wanted to do a blood transfusion and a hystercomy and I told them no I need to have some time to think about this more clearly. I had an appointment on Monday with a new gyn and she told me that black women get fibroid tumors all the time and that the first step she wants to do is for me to have a edometriss biosy and I have this in 2 weeks. I also started AF just like clockwork on Saturday. I will talk to you later. Krissy68

greta- It is great to hear from you. I am so glad that the babies are doing well! Krissy- It sounds like you have through so much. I would get a 2nd opinion from another doctor. I wish you the best! Dee-Dee- Have you got anymore answers yet? I am waiting on af to start. My hpt was negative and I wasn't surprised a bit. I am starting to wonder if I will ever be pg again.

Sorry i've been a-wall everyone but it's been crazy and I am just having a really bad day. Well my update is this .... I got a job which was good news i started on last Saturday(my body is killing me). I went to the RE's today because I was on cd 3 and needed my u/s for the femera cycle. Right there on the screen was a big fat cyst. So now after three weeks of holding off my cycle with the low dose provera I am now going to start 3 weeks of birth control to get the cyst down. I go back on 4/15 to see if the cyst is smaller, if not then we have to wait another 3 weeks with the birth control. If the cyst is smaller than i will have to wait about a week for my period again and then do the u/s again to make sure it is still getting smaller and then i can start my femera. When they gave me the birth control and said we had to wait my dh's heart just sank. He said he'll pray on it but the waiting to start the process again is killing him. I guess when it rains it pours.

Hi Ladies, I am new here and I was wondering if I couls ask yall a question. My doc. is going to start me on clomid being that I have irregular cycles. I have one son already and this will be my last pregnancy due to past med. problems. I would really like twins! I dont know the dosage that I am going to be prescribed yet, but from what I have read, I would like to take 100mg. If my doc only gives me 50mg to start with, should I add 50mg of u/p clomid? Has anyone here mixed the two in order to increase their odds of twins? Thanks

hey ladies I missed you so much Krissy how are you feeling? how's your man? i am praying for you girl. AFM - sorry that I have been so absent. I got the job at the nursing home and they are killing me. My dh went back to work this last week after his surgeries and is doing great so far. I am so tried when i get home i just go to bed. I finally got somethings done this weekend. I am trying to see if i can go back to school cause i can't do that job and be pregant the management is just too stressfull and are already giving me stuff about having to take off for my appointments. I see the doc again on wed to check the cyst ... i did take you ladies advise and just went on ttc i have my fingers crossed although with all the new stress i am not that hopefull. I truly have missed talking with you ladies and i will make the effort to keep up better because you ladies do help to keep me sane. Wish baby dust to all and BFPs all around this month.

Are we posting somewhere else now? greta - the cardio finally after i made calls to my insurance company about them called and apologized for the staffs rudeness and faxed over the paper work to my re so we could go. I have missed you girls. I was off today and was busy but I am sticking to my promise of getting on here and staying updated. lol!!! I had an appt. on Wednesday with the RE's office. They did another scan and the gaint cyst was still there only this time they said that they got a better view than last time (whatever comfort that is suppose to be) and it is not on my ovary but behind my ovary so they said that his cycle is a go. I got my refill on my pre-natals and I got my femara (this is will 1st round on it and we are doing the IUI). DH is so upset that we wasted last month but I told him we are not going to stress. Our jobs, our family, our friends, nothing will stress me this month i am on a mission ladies and this is going to be our time!!!!! I am waiting for af to show and they are switching my days too. On the clomid i was on 5-9 now i'm on 3-7 and thank god my new re (i love him) is monitoring me the whole way so that will ease my mind at least now i don't have to try to read opks or guess if i have or haven't O'd. THIS IS OUR MONTH LADIES BABY DUST AND STICKY DUST TO ALL.!!!!!

REN!!! omg, how'vw you been? what's going on with you? need serious updates! don't know where everybody's gone. think Krissy is still about. no babies yet- AND I AM HUGE NOW!!!! gosh, i've just about had enough, but best to keep cooking them as long as possible! booked in for my c-section on 14th Sept, if they don't make an appearance before then!! hope you're well! and everyone else- COME BACK! SAY HI! LOL

Greta! I am so glad to hear from you. I took a break from TTC and now I am back and trying again and on my 4th day of Clomid. I want details on the babies! Please keep us posted!!!
